Venue overview: Completed in 2010, with a total land area of about 113000㎡; main exhibition building area of 65877㎡, divided four floors, including indoor of 38000㎡. Outside main building, the platform square area is 30000㎡ and its halls area of 2.2㎡ under platform. The total exhibition area is about 90000㎡, which can be used to design and build international standard booths more than 5000. The pure conference area is about 5000㎡ to be used for 1800 people at the same time.
Operation target: to build "Exhibition Center City in the north of Shandong", "characteristic exhibition city", "exhibition tourism culture new city" as name targets.
- Operation strategy:
1. Relying on the advantages of Binzhou's local industries, cultivate and develop a number of self-organized exhibitions with high level in the industry; supported by the Party committee and municipal government, take aluminum industry, edible oil, auto parts, agriculture, etc. as priority objects, within 2-3 years to plan and cultivate a lots of international exhibitions that can serve the social and economic development of Binzhou.
2. Mainly exhibition, supplemented by meetings and activities, especially introduce and cultivate the major exhibition items as level of national, provincial and ministerial. Strive for a substantial improvement in the quantity and quality of the overall exhibitions.
3. Taking advantage of Binzhou's cultural tourism, actively conduct various cultural exchange exhibitions and conferences, to accelerate the construction of exhibition tourism center cities in northern Shandong, and to build a new model for the development of mice tourism across the country.
4. Utilize the platform function and precise service of Binzhou International Exhibition Center, establish center to foreign exchange and enterprise service. Regular hold activities such as policy release, publicity promotion, investment promotion and exhibition. To build a platform of exchange cooperation and common development for government, enterprise, organization and financial group, constantly expand Binzhou's results of external exchange.
