  • Completed in 2012, covering an area of 336 mu with a total construction area of 120000㎡ (including 100000㎡ of exhibition center and 20000㎡ of conference center). There are 2500 international standard booths, large conference halls with 1200 people, medium-small conference halls with 400-200 people, and banquet halls with 1000 people.

    Operation objective:To build the exhibition brand of Lutai Center, a famous exhibition city with Weifang characteristic, a regional exhibition center city and a new center of Weifang new city. In next five years, to plan of 100 items by annual average, display area of 800000㎡, and direct revenue of 1 billion Yuan, to drive the related industries of income 8 billion Yuan.

  • Operation strategy:
  • 1. Create a brand by exhibition: through “from abroad to self operation” the business associations and industry organizations at home and abroad, are invited to hold exhibition in the local area, with self-promotion and cultivating own characteristic, to build the Lutai Brand and famous exhibition city in Weifang.
    2. Establish brand by service: actively undertake, plan and serve major exhibition projects of Weifang government, energetic cultivating new items of own characteristic exhibition, support and drive new development of local exhibition enterprises and industries, and build a new center of Weifang new city.
    3. Build brand with quality: establish standardized process of venue operation; pass the certification of ISO9000-ISO9001 international service quality and UFI to international exhibition hall, to promote development of branding, specialization and internationalization to exhibition center operating management.
    4. Build brand with benefit: improve utilization rate of the plan schedule to 46%, for operating the whole industry chain of exhibition and diversified operation, and keeping the vigorous trend of profit increase of exhibition hall.
    5. Intensify brand of responsibility and public welfare: vigorously support local exhibition enterprises, to derate the cost of display hall, support the development of people's livelihood and public welfare, to assist college student startup and to develop the small, medium and micro enterprises.
